Inspired by Cal Newport’s Digital Minimalism and in partnership with From Love, I’ll be running a 30-day Digital Detox that kicks off May 1st, 2024.

Together, we’ll find ways to make technology work for us instead of wasting hours down the rabbit hole.

We’ll meet weekly for meditation and mindfulness practices to help us deal with our collective addiction to social media, scrolling, and endless distractions.
